BOOKS

Featuring gallery artists offerings of a coffee table photography book series 1 and 2 depicting photos of Kentucky, a children's book written and illustrationed with whimsical watercolors and a book about growing up in Lawrence County, Kentucky.

DECORATIVE HAND PAINTED FURNITURE

Realistic, animated and stylized original designs on juvenile furniture, old school desk and chair sets, barn quilts by commission in 4'x4' or 8'x8' sizes, and occasional pieces.

DRAWING

  Pencil drawings available in originals and prints some matted and framed and note cards.  Realistic style featuring anything from rural Appalachian scenes to animals.

PASTELS

Realistic and impressionistic originals matted and framed depicting rural scenes and portraits. 

 PEN and INK

Original (some on gallery wrapped canvas and some matted and framed), prints and note cards available, depicting rural Appalachian scenes.

ACRYLICS

Realistic, impressionistic, folk art, primitives and abstracts, original art featured framed or gallery wrapped canvases.

 OILS

Old world realism original framed still lives featuring florals, animals, fruit and table scapes.

WATERCOLORS

Realistic, impressionistic, folk art, and abstracts available, originals framed and matted, prints, note cards, and bookmarks. 

SPECIALTY WATERCOLORS

Assorted sizes of prints and note cards of Memories of Old Lawrence County depicting historical buildings and sites,_over 60 images hand painted watercolors from old photographs.

MIXED MEDIUMS

Many of our paintings are textured using gesso, eggshells, cormeal, salt, etc.  Some paintings are a mix of oils and acrylics, watercolors and acrylics and inks.  Others are painted on uncommon surfaces including corkboard, slate, and wood.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Art photos, some are hand painted from black and white all are available matted and framed and a variety of print sizes.

JEWELRY

Ranges from rings, pendants, watches, earrings, necklaces, bracelets. and eyeglass leashes.  Materials include semi precious stones, lamp glass beads, butterfly wings and are artfully secured using copper, brass and sterling silver. 

 QUILTS

Tradional patterns both hand and machine quilts in a variety of sizes.

 SOFT TEXTILES

Beaded tapestry handbags with novelty chains, porch pillows machine made with old fabrics, lace and buttons.  Coming home from the hospital knit and crocheted hats and booties and adult fancy hand knit scarves, shawls and felted hats.

SCULPTURES

Table and wall sculptures hand made in a variety of materials from clay to metals.

 STAINED GLASS

Tiffany styled lamps and sun catchers.

STRINGED MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS

Crafted with local and imported woods featuring dulcimers and banjos.

Some have mother of pearl decorative inlays and custom cases can be ordered to fit your new instrument.
